Brian was on time and did a very thorough job, all for a very fair price. He and his company exemplify true professionalism. Look no further, this is the company you want and need.

They called ahead, showed up on time. The carpet was even returned that same week when I explained that I would have extra help around the house on a particular day to help replace the carpet under a large, heavy bed. And, they were pleasant. I would recommend them.

Massey's was quick to schedule the appointment, showed up on time, did the work thoroughly and professionally and the price was reasonable. You can't ask much more than that in a business and I will definitely call again for future cleaning jobs.

I was hoping for a better outcome for the loveseat and sofa but it still looks good. Carpet in the sunroom smells and looks so much better there was leaking from Irma and that was addressed very well.

Tom arrived right on time. He explained the cleaning process and answered all my questions. Carpet was dry in less than two hours. I will recommend this company to all my friends.

Brian arrived promptly, got to work immediately after reviewing for pricing. Price was very reasonable. He explained clearly what he would do and did it. He said 2 hours and that was the approx the length of time it took. Very professional extremely polite.

It went well-he arrived on time went to work and promptly cleaned the carpet.  One spot was vary dirty and he cleaned it with no problem.  I considered the price reasonable and recommend him to others.

Had I not liked his service, I would not respond due to Angie's policy of providing the name of person, to the firm involved, that reported a bad experience.

I had used Massey's a couple of times back in the 1990's on the original carpets in this house and was very pleased with the results and the Chem-Dry process.(I believe the business owner did that work.) I therefore had high expectations of similar quality this time. The results were very disappointing. I found black dirt residue left in many corners and edges of the tile floor, which I had to clean up. Also, I don't think the technician vacuumed any of the carpet with the "professional grade vacuum"...he just sprayed the cleaning solution, buffed it in, and raked the pile. Although I think the Chem-Dry process is superior to the steamer type cleaning, I most likely would not use Massey's again. Unfortunate, because my previous experiences had been excellent.

The entire process was a pleasant experience with these guys. There was stains on my carpet I didn't think could come out and Massey got them out. The gentleman who actually done the cleaning was very nice and easy to talk to.

The gentleman showed up on time and did a great job on the carpet. He even took away the soiled water, instead of dumping it in the street in front of our house.
