They were terrible. They were 25% higher than my current landscaper and they didn't do a good job. They fired me. I was a new build, so I had them do my pavers, my landscaping, plus my landscape lighting, which was $35000 worth of business. He was a nice young guy. People here were dropping them like flies, so I told the owner Josh, that people are cancelling their work contracts with him. He was trying to be the superintendent for the work crews that were spread all over, he was trying to be the sales person, and the accountant and he would fail. The last thing that happened to me, was that I have palm trees that curve, and I wanted static put in for the water. He came out and put the palm tree, and a month later I had a straight palm tree. I called him and asked him what happened, and he said that they removed it and put it at a curve. I told him I couldn't tolerate that kind of work, and he said he didn't want to work for me anymore. Their prices were too high. They were poor quality and the price was higher than the current company that I am using.

"The requests made by this customer were based on price. They wanted curved palms done but didn't want to pay for the more expensive palm trees. I was called a f.......g idiot when they claimed I installed the wrong lawn. We drove around their neighborhood and they wanted the same lawn that was in another customer of ours yard, which was centipede grass. About 6 months later we changed the other customers lawn to St Augustine grass. The customer complaining here did not realize this and thought that was the grass had requested, thus claiming we had no idea what we were doing by installing the wrong grass. I simply requested he change his lawn service company because he had no faith in our ability. As for the new company being 25% cheaper! it's because they subcontract their employees and do not offer the full service we do."

Within a few minutes of beginning work he found an underground sprinkler head that was broken causing the flooding. He quickly repaired that and returned to make a permanent repair and diver another source of potential flooding.
