"Just as there can be good and bad contractors, there can also be good and bad customers. Ms. [Member name removed] falls under the 'good" category and she was a pleasure to serve. She was inquisitive without being demeaning and genuinely interested in the entire service procedure. Often we feel that all the talking and information we offer falls on deaf ears, but some rare customers actually digest the information the contractor is offering them. Ms. [Member name removed] made it easy to do a good job and her demeanor and attitude prompted my technicians to apply themselves even more attentively. We will definitely respond quickly and gladly should she ever need servicing again. Thank you for your kindness and polite dealings. It was a pleasure. Ken, Owner."
