This company is very reliable, trustworthy and Knowledgeable if you want a company that puts it's customers first and is not looking to rip you off in this day and age This is the company, have had a number of companies who attempted to overprice me and poor quality work To me this company has proven itself as an Industry Leader. It went smoothly and efficiently every time from A/C work to plumbing and electrical. Estimates were honored. Appointment times kept and jobs completed quickly.

The overall experience was great.

Let me start by saying that I am the third or fourth owner of my house, and that the Central AC is original to my 20+ year old home. I have a home warranty through Old Republic Home Protection. My AC has stopped working a few times since I purchased my home last year. Each time I have had to have J R Enterprises out, Chad (the Technician they sent each time) has been very professional and prompt. He calls before arriving at the house, and is very knowledgeable. He has been quick to diagnose my problem, and fix it. He has even had the necessary part on his truck every time (not hard since the parts going bad have been small, either electrical switch or the thermostat and a sensor). Chad is courteous and takes care not to track dirt or anything into the house. If I had to call someone out on my own, I would call J R Enterprises myself. The $60 was a service trade fee imposed by my home warranty company.

I am renting a home and the homeowner has a warranty through American Homeowners Warranty. My air conditioning stopped working in Fall 2011. JR Enterprises was contracted to fix it. They came out, filled it with freon and left. 2 Days later the freon was gone and they were again called out. The guy, without a full inspection, immediately said it was the compressor and would need to be replaced. 2 weeks later this was replaced. (2 weeks in Oct in GA without A/C stinks). I soon thereafter went on deployment. Came back spring 2012, A/C did not work. Again, JR was contracted and came out. It was the same guy that replaced the compressor. He found a ''lock nut'' that he said had ''backed itself off'' and allowed the freon to escape. He refilled and it worked for about 36 hours then stopped. JR Enterprises was again called out to fix. This time saying the leak was in the attic (Compressor did not actually need replacing). I was told 5-7 Business days to receive and replace the parts. 37 days later and hundreds of phone calls the parts were there. They sent out a guy to replace, he was not in a JR Enterprises truck and I had never seen/met/heard of him and was not the guy they told me was coming. The A/C was fixed, but they guy made a huge mess and used my broom and shop vacuum to ''clean up.''

They did a good job. They call before they arrive. He did a good job and he was friendly.
