Excellent Home Care

I am a over whelmed working mother. I was looking for a house keeper to help me I could trust. I was told about Excellent Home Care through a friend of mine. She said that Tracy truly was very through,most of her products are organic. That she always did something a little special to show her appreciation for your business. I made an appointment for an estimate. She was the only one who accually walked through the house with me.She was very professional, making notes on the needs of each room. She is exreamly straight forward. She leaves a general list of srevices she can do and comminicates in a nice way what she will not do upfront. ( Like she doesn't clean up after your pets, do yard work,ect) She does a great job dusting. I never seen my house so clean. She acually got the mineral stains off the fausets in my bathrooms. She makes her own organic soaps and cleaners. She makes her own air freshener out of real lavender essental oil, or a sandle wood. It kills pet smells. It is completly safe around birds ( I have two dogs and a bird) She is very knowlageable about what you can use to clean around birds. That realy impressed me because arosauls can kill a bird. She really tries to work with you to keep the cost low. For exsample If you strip the beds and leave the clean sheets out on the beds she charges 5 bucks less. She only charges 60.00 every two weeks. That breaks down to 30 bucks a week. I have cutt back eating out and I don't even miss the money. The first visit was the most expensive one, but when I came home my house looked brand new fresh clean, no dirt on the hard woood floor and all my stainless in my kitchen was sparkling and polished.No streaks on mirriors. For the first cleaning she worked in my house for two days including cleaning my carpets and changing all my A/C filters. The first cleaning was $150.00 and totally worth it. She took two days. Oh an that personal touch she made a rosemary/lavender soaking salt for a bath,a relaxing music cd ( oriental flutes it's beautiful) a couple of Godiva chocolates on my jaccuzi tub in my bath room. All in a neet little gift bag with a small thank you card. I tell you that ment so much. I used to dread coming home to the mess, but with her help I enjoy coming home and I have time with my family on the weekends. Some times she leaves some home made treats for us cookies, and her bread pudding is to die for. Sometimes a couple of chocolate kisses, a friendly note. It's always a nice surprise. We are not staying home cleaning all weekend. Tracy has tought me how to organize. She met me at walmart and she showed me stuff to buy to organize my house. She didn't even charge me for her time. We keep things put up and my kids even keep up on thier rooms so Tracy can get in and clean.We are a happier family.I'm not too tired to spend time with my husband. She is honest ( she accidently broke a kic nack) and called me at work and told me right away.I appreciated her honestly she was so upset with herself, I just super glued it with a smile on my face sitting in my nice clean house. To me she's more than a housekeeper she's a friend. She really cares, and takes pride in her work, always a positive additude.She's extreamly fair in her prices.Also, for larger projects like move outs her dautghers come to help her who are 15 and 17. They are just as professional and consistant as she is.It is a family run business.I would rather give my money to a family run local buisness than some molly Maid chain any day!!!
