I took my Chrysler mini van the service department for a free oil change that came with the purchase of my van. I did not have an appointment but the service manager had the service done in less than an hour. Thy only negative is that the waiting room is run down.

So, here I am 3 weeks later, back from sea, and all this company can do for me is offer tons of lies. I went last night, and caught them in at least a dozen lies (says truck was sold, but it is on the lot, same vin, etc...), claims sales manager was fired, but i still working there, etc... Way too many lies to list. Basically, they told me too bad, nothing we can do. This is after we bought a BRAND NEW 2012 Jeep Wrangler from them less than 6 months ago. This was a classic move that they do here. I have never been so angry and so disappointed with a companies failure to care even in the least. I have filed a number of complaints with the Dodge Corporation, the Better Business Bureau, and any outlet I can find to warn people of the scams they try and pull here. Their lack of any kind of concern for repeat business, or anything customer satisfaction is beyond belief!
