the technician replaced the spring. He was very professional. He also went above and beyond by following my husband to our rental and estimating how much it would be to repair or replace the garage door at that location. We will always use this company and recommend them to others.

Don't know, was not home for appointment, I did not get any negative reports from my wife of stepson. Once they understood this was an existing door that we could not open, they moved us up on the schedule so we could start putting the car back in the garage again.

Marc, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and nice. He immediately realized he did not have the correct springs and needed to go back to the shop. Once there still did not have the correct ones. He ordered them and had them in hand in less than 24 hours. Next day he installed the correct springs in less than an hour and adjusted the entire door for proper operation. I would use these guys again for ay of the services they provide. On budget and on time.

Description of Work
Replaced the low budget contractor door with the insulated door we wanted. Was not cheap due to the specifics that we wanted, but price was not an issue for us. Excellent service, fair pricing in all respects.

Customer service was the best. Sure on Aug 26 Dorine stated the wrong part came in. She recommended never buy a genie and couldn't even give me the part no. she ordered. Oh I should look it up in the manual.meanwhile called many times to get status and more than 2 wks later still no part. I ordered from genie cust svc before. 5 days and correct part. Never use these guys unless you plan to install their system instead of them fixing yours before Christmas comes.
Description of Work
They cancelled service call twice since Aug 7. They trespass and supposedly found the problem and ordered a part by Aug 9. Oh and Dorine said they have been in business for 23 yrs. Which gives them a pass to enter your garage unescorted.
