DO NOT use this man services! The man who owns this veteran ran company claims to be a former marine but is telling his unsatisfied customers to suck his dick! A iPhone 11 pro screen needed fixed and once t6he job was done and he took off I walked inside to realize that the screen was glitching BAD! I used the website he provided to do resets and updates to see if this might solve the problem. when these updates and resets were not working we reached back out only to be told we will not be given a refund, he will not come back out and fix it for free OR for another charge, and then proceeded to tell me to suck his dick! yes sir, your truly a GREAT servicemen... Thomas Howell is this gentleman's name who provides crappy unjust services! You should be ashamed of yourself! I only hope you served your country better than you serve your customers Thomas Howell!

My iPhone X screen was loose and he was unable to repair it and would have to replace the screen. On his website and when I talked to him it said they would use genuine parts. After I got my screen replaced the 3D Touch did not work and when I questioned him about it he said the screen was aftermarket and that’s the reason the 3D Touch wouldn’t work. I let that go and less than 2 months later the screen quits working. I haven’t dropped the phone or damaged it in any way and he said the screen was damaged by me and he won’t warranty the screen even though he said there was a 6 month warranty.

I called and made a appoint with the owner. I explaind that I had already disassembled the ipod, but needed assistance placing a new screen. We met up the next day and owner fixed the ipod within about 15 min.
