Restoration 1 did a thorough job cleaning the space of items I was storing. The remediation itself went well, the job site was clean, and visual appearance of the work excellent. The staff were professional and helpful explaining the process they were following. They identified a problem with water in my duct work that required new ducts (installed by an HVAC company).
Description of Work: Mold remediation in crawlspace of my home. Provider performed the following: 1) Remove any semi porous mold contaminated materials, double bag and discard. 2) HEPA vacuumiong of all surfaces, walls, ceiling and floor. 3) Perform a damp wipe with an anti-microbial solution all surfaces. 4) Abrasive removal of the microbial growth with media blasting, sanding scraping and wire brushing. 5) Application of a clear anti- microbial solution to all wood substrates. 6) Third party post remediation testing when applicable.
