Very unresponsive. I have paid for an inspection of the wiring the performed on my home and signed a contract for lights to be replaced. I have been waiting about 6 months and have had no updates. They are slow to respond to emails and they do not answer the phone or voicemails. I had to go to their office to have anyone speak to me and still the issues is not resolved.

They were very punctual. They were on time and it was a good price for the work. Actually, this is interesting, one of the devices, the switch box that they installed, the device was defective, so I called them because I noticed it two days later. They came out the same day, fixed it, and we haven't had a problem since. I didn't compare the price to anybody else. Once I determined that what they installed was defective, they came out immediately, they apologized, and then they gave me a credit on my card. They gave me a $25 credit. I called on a Thursday and said I'm having a problem with the wall outlet. She said OK, we can come in maybe Monday, and I said well your guy was just here Tuesday and installed it so she said hold on, then she said OK we'll send somebody out today since it was just done and it's not working. They actually called and said that the technician will be there in half an hour. Because you know they always give you that window of time, then you never know, because it was from 8 to 12, but they called me at 8:30 and said he'd be there in half an hour. The customer service representative on the phone, I'd give her an A on professionalism, and the gentlemen who came and did the work, he was an A definitely. I'm going to use them again, because they're going to do the electrical when I start my next project probably in a month or so to finish the basement.

I purchased three pendant lights to install over the kitchen island in our new townhouse. After getting several estimates, I was ready to return the fixtures because of the high installation cost and the warning from each company that the job would also require doing extensive dry wall damage that would necessitate hiring another person, at additional cost, to do repair work. The builder suggested that I call Wade Electric because of the quality of their work. Their technician, Danny, arrived on schedule, listened to everything I wanted and figured out a way to do a perfect job with absolutely no damage to the dry wall. A job that I anticipated being a nightmare was instead a joy and I am totally pleased! This was also done at a much more reasonable cost than any of the other estimates. Needless to say, I definitely recommend Wade Electric and will certainly request Danny if we need any work in the future. Thank you to Danny and Wade Electric.

The electrician was very professional and did excellent work. My husband (who is picky about the details) has commented twice on how nice the job turned out. The job was completed just as we asked and the electrician cleaned up, swept the floor and left the area cleaner than when he came! We already have plans to have them come out and complete other electric work we need.

Made deal with provider that they would invoice me when the job was completed and they would get paid that way. Was told they needed a credit card on file in case i did not pay. I agreed since i have never not paid a contractor as agreed;
Two days before work was to be completed I was called and told to drop off a check beforehand or meet the workers there to pay them immediately when work was done. I told them the agreement was i would mail them a check when the job was completed as that was our agreement, besides they already had my credit card number so its not like they would not get paid. I also sated if they needed a check that day , they were welcome to come to my office afterwards to get paid, but i wasn't driving around to pay them since we already agreed how payment would be made. As expected they never called or attempted to get the check, they just charged my card. The property was owned in a different LLC. which was why i wanted to pay by check if you make a deal and cant keep your word, you will never get any additional business from me. if you value a contractor keeping their word when they make a deal, then find another Electrician. this is not the one for you.

We have only worked with Nick from Wade. He is always punctual (early, actually), he either removes his shoes or wears booties and is always polite and helpful. He offers suggestions without being pushy and is honest with prices, what a project will entail etc. He gave us an estimate on some additional projects we have in mind as well. We will very likely be doing some additional electrical work in the near future and we will definitely be using Wade (Nick) again. It's nice to not feel like you're being taken advantage of!

Our first meeting was in September. They came out immediately to install a 50 amp circuit for our RV. Then, we contacted them as the remodel on our house began. Wade Electric sent in a crew and we went through the whole house to discuss what we needed. They were done in about 4 hours. They tested lines, moved light fixtures, ran all new wiring for the kitchen and master bath. Checked circuits for radiant heat floors. Put outlets where they needed to be. They were efficent, professional, and communicative. I can't say enough good things about them. They're coming back to finish the installs once the kitchen and bath cabinetry are in.

My experience with Wade Electric was very good. One individual wrote the estimate while another (along with a helper) replaced the panel several days later. Another estimate from a well-regarded (by Angie's List subscribers) company was about $500 higher than Wade while another estimate from a third company was lower. Nick replaced the panel and exercised great care to ensure that all the connections were proper and that everything was labeled on the panel door. Another Wade employee arrived just prior to the completion of the panel replacement and helped Nick test and verify that everything was satisfactory with the panel. Nick and his associate were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. As a result, I would both use and recommend Wade Electric for electrical work in the future.

I called Wade Electric with a laundry list of electrical work including, adding two outlets, replacing basement stairs light and adding a downstairs switch for same, installing three ceiling fans, and installing an outside light for the driveway. They didn't arrive until 3:00PM. One young man showed up, decided to work on the ceiling fans first. At 5:00PM when he finished with the second ceiling fan he said he wouldn't be able to start on any of the other projects, that I would have to call Wade Electric for another appointment. He then left, leaving the boxes and extra parts on the floor of both rooms and charged me $205.00. A month later, the fan in the Bedroom began to swirl when the fan was on. I had to bring someone else in to tighten the installation as I was afraid it was going to fall out of the ceiling. The fan is located above our bed. I did not call to complain because, frankly, I do not trust their work.The indiviual that serviced us had a very poor worth ethic and the company's scheduling was poorly executed as there was not enough time for one person to perform all of the work required. I will never call them again.

The whole thing went very nice. He's a very well spoken man, very professional, and prompt. He replaced a outlet and a few hours later i felt it and it was warm, so I called him, and he was very apologetic, not knowing if it was my lamp or the outlet it self. He made arrangements to return immediately. I was very pleased with his service and accountability.

Work required three trips - before cabinets installed, after cabinets installed but before back splash installed, and after back splash installed. Had one GFI outlet go bad and they came right out and repaired under warranty. They showed up on time and worked hard.

It went really well. Two men did the work; they were polite, professional, and very willing to work with us to place the outlets and lights the way we wanted them. They also cleaned up all the drywall dust and other materials with a whisk broom. It was one of the smoothest and best done electrical jobs I have seen in an existing residence (and we have done a lot of remodeling in the past).

He did really good work, I really needed the outlets because I use it for Christmas lights. He had no trouble with the outlets and he worked very quickly he wasn t even here long, so I knew he knew what he was doing. He was polite but the price was a little high for two outlets. I would use him again because the work was good.

I like that they charged a project rate and not an hourly rate. I have used them before for other homes and I think that they do really good work. They don't try to scam you for money and they are highly professional.
