Terrible people... Very greedy. During covid 19 when we are barely making enough for bills. My income has dropped 90 percent. We had work done on the garage around August of last year. Talked to owner explained what happened. Never got charged. The same time the pipes busted. Plummer says they are 2 inch and should be 3. I had every pipe flushing down my basement walls. Urine Waste tissue. Just gross. Then I had to clean it all up. They didn’t even send a cleaning crew. It took months to get the smell out. Guess what 5-15-20 the pipes did the same thing. After they come out they send a email with a late fee with a bill for 800 plus 75 late fee to a bill which we never got bc it wasn’t our fault. They told me verbally the manager. We could arrange the money they made me pay on the pipes. Then after we had a verbal agreement about when I would pay. The extra fee, bc they would not take my rent without it. After never ever being late I was only late bc it was a holiday I brought them the money when their office opened up. They filed an eviction and I had to pay a bunch of extra money after the manger gave me a date to pay then went behind my back and tried to evict me. I could go on and on an on. Please stay away from this company. I’m truthful telling you this. I work hard I pay on time. Matter fact since then I over pay. They sent a email saying they can use the extra money in my account to pay these new charges they just through on me. During a time when the economy is down they are doing this. They are not for the people they don’t care about me you or any other customers please stay away please stay away caution stay away. Title one management Chelsea Baker

They're very professional and very organized. The agents that work there are always very conscientious of both sides of the transaction. They work for me as the owner but keep the tenant comfortable and satisfied as well.

I have recommended them to others. They are very competitive with keeping a renter in the property. When I came time to sell the property they handled the real estate transaction. My experience has been great.
