They did the service and over charged me by $400. I complained to a manager and he wasted my time explaining how they have overhead. It’s ridiculous that the w/d hookup would cost more than the washer and dryer

I purchased the Snappy Home Protection plan which allows me free electrical inspection and air and heating services for $149, excellent deal! The service technician Jason Hinesley was very knowledgeable and thorough.

I wanted to have electrical work done which was very expensive. Charged me to come out for estimate. Would not use the fee already paid toward the service call unless I agreed to do the work. There was more of a priority to sell a yearly service contract. Could use fee toward that.
