They were nice. It ended up not being a plumbing problem. It was a foundation issue. They were a nice company, they just couldn't help me. I would use them if I had a plumbing issue.

It was fine. We had a difficulty with a toilet. They diagnosed the problem but they couldn’t fix it as they did not have the equipment with them at the time. They made a recommendation to have our septic line checked. I thought they were competent and efficient. They were responsible with how they carried out their service.

It didn't go well.  They charged us for time spent here.  He couldn't fix it because we didn't have the part.
Response from Serv'All Plumbing and Rooter Service
"The deal you bought was $69 for a water heater flush and service call. The deal includes just that, a water heater flush and service call charge. While we were there we also unstopped a shower drain, adjusted and tightened a faucet, attempted to adjust another faucet and found the cartridge was bad. We advised you that Kohler (the manufacturer) normally will send homeowners replacement parts at no charge and that when you receive the parts we can come back and install them, which you chose to do; but never followed up for us to come back. We apologize if there was any confusion or communication error. Please feel free to contact our office to discuss and possibly get this resolved."

He was very knowledgeable about all plumbing areas and was able to diagnose my problem within 20 minutes, and fixed it quickly less than 20 minutes.

He was very quick, professional and courteous during and after the repair.  He answered all my plumbing questions.

Original price for the service was a little over $350, but because I found them through Angie's List and purchased the service, the price was reduced to $260 total out of pocket.

Everything went just fine.  It was easy getting in touch with them, they arrived on time, and they accurately diagnosed the cause of the leak which was due to a tiling issue.  Furthermore, the plumbers were friendly and professional, they were knowledgeable and patient,  and they didn't leave behind any messes.

.they broke the sprinklers, which is to be expected... they fixed em, but they also managed to dig up the electric for the sprinklers, and left it unrepaired... when I called, I was told "we are plumbers, not electricians"  well, I raised a bit of a stink, badmouthed em on angie's list, revoked the payment, and they finally did right by me.  They do good work, but watch out for that electrical loophole.  I would hire them again if I hadnt had to gnash my teeth at them to get them to do the right thing.  Good work, competitive price, just read the contract.  BTW work is all good and they are paid.
BEST thing about Angie's List... the contractors believe in it.

Showed up within 24 hours. On time. Took 2 men  about 30 minutes to replace one 3ft pvc that could not have cost more than $10. Billed us for $267.  They knew we did Angie's list deal where you pay $99 for $200 of service.  There is no such thing as a $99 plumbing job. What I am saying is that I felt like the $99 deal is a scam. The sump pump float got stuck. They came out and tapped the pipe. It worked They could have coded it as warranty work. Nope $69 service charge for 1 minute of work. If you use this company be prepared for the $514 hourly labor charges. At least that is what I was charged.
Response from Serv'All Plumbing and Rooter Service
"I am sorry you do not agree with our prices but I can assure you we are very competitively priced in the Atlanta plumbing market. As for the coupon, it is simply $99 for $200 of work. The job was quoted at $279 which you agreed to before any work was started."

It was great!  The technician that they sent arrived a bit early, was very professional and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the work.  Furthermore, he did an excellent job, and I haven't had any problems with his work.  I would definitely recommend the company to others.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it went great.  He did a great job.  He took care of the problem pretty efficiently.  He gave me a discount because I had more than one toilet that needed to be fixed.  I haven’t had any problems since then.  He told me to call him back if I did and I did get a follow up phone call from the lady in my office to make sure that everything was fine and it was.  I paid an extra $250 or something like that apart from the big deal amount because I had several problems.  I got a discount of a $100 though.  He was a little pricey but overall it was fine. I would definitely recommend him.

The plumber had to borrow my tools to do the job, and ended up damaging my tile and then charged me extra above the value of the deal and to top it all off said the work was not guaranteed. I will never use these guys again
Response from Serv'All Plumbing and Rooter Service
"I apologize for the negative experience you had with our company. After speaking with the technician, preventative actions have been taken to prevent this issue from arising in the future. 70% of our work is repeat/referral based. This type of experience is not typical."

When he got there he noticed that it was a screw that was loose that was making this leak happen. The leak was so small, you could not see the faucet leaking, the residual water was running down the back of the underside of the spout of the faucet and leaking onto where the hot and cold knobs were underneath onto the floor. It looked as if the pipes needed tightened or replaced, but come to find out it was not that difficult, it was just a small filter screw that loosens up over time and it just needed tightened.

I called this company due to positive reviews on Angie's list and because they were offering a deal 99 coupon for 200 of services. The next morning the plumber arrived on time but I could not print out the coupon since the deal was temporarily removed from Angie's list the day before, even though I saw the deal and it was still on the website with a new gray box saying Available Soon. Apparently due to all the burst pipes in Atlanta, they were overwhelmed and didn't need the extra business. I asked them to honor the deal and they were gracious and split the difference in half, giving me 50 dollars off of 489 so the total cost was 439. I like the flat rate quote they gave me upfront. The pipe was difficult to get to and it took the plumber 3 hours of labor. I like the way this 'emergency' was handled from the moment I called them to the clean up of the plumber at the end. I would use this company again.

I had purchased this service through the Angie's List deals site for some work that I had been wanting to get taken care of for a pipe that was leaking. The initial contact made when I contacted them was extremely positive. The woman who set up my appointment was very friendly and easy to talk to and was able to get me a date and time that worked with my schedule.

The repair man showed up at the very beginning of the window in which they had indicated they would be there which is always fantastic. He too was nice. I explained that I had been able to pinpoint where the leak to the attic was coming from and showed him exactly where it was. He was able to see that the pipe fitting where the leak was had not been properly sealed and that this should be an easy fix.
At that point he informed me that there was a minimum service fee of $200 which was fine with me. I told him that I had purchased a deal through Angie's List which covered $200 worth of service. At that point, he mentioned that there was an extra fee of $25. I had thought he was joking so I didn't really give it much thought.
However, once all the work had been completed and the service order had been written up,  I saw that I was indeed being charged an extra amount for what really was 15 minutes worth of work and an absolutely minimal amount of materials. When I explained that the extra charge had not been mentioned when I purchased the deal, he lowered it back to the $200 which he had originally quoted me and was covered by the Angie's List deal. At that point I was satisfied with everything though I did not feel that it was very professional to have tried to get me to pay more. This is the reason that they received a "B" instead of an "A".
That instance aside, I would probably use the company again but I would make sure to ask if there would be any additional fees beforehand.

During the cold weather, we had a water pipe to burst. I called Serv'All on Thursday and they were going to come out on Thursday to make the repair. Due to the backlog of call they were not able to come on Thursday. They did come the following day on Friday. Things went well. They arrived, identified the problem and promptly repaired the pipe. The only thing is that I wish is that they would have called me to let me know that they would not make it on Thursday, but they would make it on Friday.
