I had excellent service from them.  They were great and they follow up.  They were very competent in their installation.  The salesman was very competent.  It was a very pleasant business experience.  They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions I had about it and that was the last I saw them.

Purchase price negotiation requires some caution and foreknowledge, similar to shopping for a car. After contacting a number of companies we judged Safe Step to offer the best product, with a national support network in case of warranty issues.
The installation staff was very professional and installed a separate electrical ground fault line and water lines for the tub. It has proven to be everything promised, with both water and air massage and other amenities. Another critical factor is that it has a low step in height, as one of us cannot lift our legs very high. We are extremely pleased, although we subsequently had to get a larger water heater and gas line to provide adequate hot water. I recommend having at least a seventy-five gallon water heater, which is what we now have.
With an legitimate doctor's prescription the   cost may be tax deductible. One of us cannot safely enter/exit a normal tub and needs the therapy benefits as well.

The man was knowledgeable, low-pressure, and patient. He gave me a really good deal. Then, he also not only gave me his office number, but his personable mobile number as well. We wanted them to come on a Saturday, and they accommodated that. The gentlemen were very professional. We were overall very impressed with them. They seemed so sincere with wanting to install it to our specifications.
