my roof leaked after it was installed, when i tried to get it looked at they gave me the run around for 4 weeks. i finally got another company to repair it and they said no flashing was installed around the chimney causing the leaks. cost me over 8 thousand dollars to repair roof and drywall. after 4 weeks of trying to get ridge valley to look at it i finally blew up at them. the owner called me and told me not to call them anymore along with calling me the n word. this company is a one man operation and will not stand behind their warranty.i have pictures of their work also.

I met with Dr. Roof, Findlay and Adam at Ridge Valley Exteriors. After speaking with Adam, I suggested that my parents use Ridge Valley Exteriors for the reroof. Having been a landscape construction business owner, I felt their fix made the most sense. They communicated well with my parents about the process and the new roof hasn't had a single leak since it was installed over 8 years ago. Very pleased with the work and I have referred them quite a bit of business.

Went great. It went fantastic. Very surprised that the job was done in one day. I wanted a metal roof but Robert was able to work with my insurance so we did a shingle roof. Robert fought for me with the insurance company and got the insurance company to pay; that was a BIG deal for me. He sold me on the upgrades; we spent over $3000 in upgrades for architectural shingles, better felt, the ridge vents, a better warranty and some permaboots.

Robert came out inspected it, walked us through the roofing process, helped us file our claim. Roof was done well and cleaned up well.

Ridge Valley Exteriors is truly a great company that does great quality work. I don't typically write reviews but due to the absolute professionalism and quality of Ridge Valley I felt compelled to do so. They have successfully completed two new roofing projects for my family, one on my home and the other for my in-laws. Also, I recommended them to 2 of my neighbors and they successfully completed their homes as well. That is 4 homes in my neighborhood alone; I call that a great sample of work. Trust me, anyone looking for the most professional company out there must call these guys. They were extremely detailed, patient and took the time to address our needs. Given the amount of untrustworthy roofing companies out there, I was completely satisfied with not only the work but also with the company of Ridge Vally Exteriors. Our salesman Matt Bumgarner was fantastic and personally walked us through every aspect of the job. He did a great job making sure I was taken care of and was truly respectable. I cannot recommend Ridge Valley enough so do yourself a favor and call these guys first and let them take care of your roofing needs.

We had several other companies come out and look at our roof after a bad storm. One told us that we didn't have enough damage to submit an insurance claim, another thought "maybe." One company didn't even get up on the roof to inspect it. Bill with Ridge Valley got up on the roof and was confident after his inspection that we had enough damage to submit a claim for full replacement under our insurance policy. He was there when the adjuster came out and the adjuster agreed. Bill walked through the whole process with us. Our roof was installed over the last two days. The crew was friendly and efficient and they did a great job protecting the plants around the house as best they could. We would definitely recommend Bill and Ridge Valley if you need roof replacement or repairs!

My contact was Paul Skeslock.  He told me upfront that he would "hold my hand" throughout the process and he did.  He contacted the insurance company and was here when the adjuster came out.  When I received the check he came over and handled getting it to the insurance company.  He told me when materials would be delivered and time they would arrive to begin installation.  Everything was just as he said.  He supervised the installation and made sure everything was cleaned up upon completion.  I was very satisfied with the job and recommended him to my neighbor.  Would definitely hire them again and recommend Paul to anyone needing a new roof.

Workers arrived on time and the crew worked diligently until finished. Could not have asked for better workmanship and the clean-up was wonderful. Every member of the crew had a job to do and did it with precision.

They did a good job and they're a little expensive. When I talked to my neighbor it cost her a whole lot less than mine and she had pretty much the same things done. They kind of gave me a .. Their cost to replace the roof was whatever the insurance company would pay. The insurance company paid $9,000 and we paid the rest because we had upgrades that we wanted for the shingles. It was also to get the skylights replaced. The quality is good. I'm still annoyed with the sales guy because they've been trying to extra checks from the insurance company for simple little things and the check came when I was out of the country which he knew. He me twice and left messages, texts and called my husband and my husband answered. It really annoyed me that he called us when he knew we were in Paris and there was no way I could endorse the check in Paris. He did worked very hard to get the insurance company to pay up.

It was an insurance claim so I only paid them the deductible. The salesman was very thorough, he helped me with the adjuster and he was willing to work on my schedule. They were very efficient and quick. They did it all in a day.

They were great. We have had nothing but the best service and follow up. The new roof is solid and beautiful.

Overall, this went smoothly. From initial evaluation, to scheduling, to installation to final walk-around, Joe Pierron was around to support and advise. The new roof looks great to me.
