I consider myself fortunate to have engaged this company to replace my roof. Brandon Kwint climbed on my roof to videotape the damage he observed. He offered to return a week later to go up on the roof with my insurance adjuster and I think that was helpful as I only had to pay the deductible on my insurance policy for getting my roof replaced, about $1400. The roofing crew arrived about 3 weeks later and replaced my very steep roof within 2 days. They were hardworking and thorough with the clean-up afterwards.

Ridge Valley Exteriors is truly a great company that does great quality work. I don't typically write reviews but due to the absolute professionalism and quality of Ridge Valley I felt compelled to do so. They have successfully completed two new roofing projects for my family, one on my home and the other for my in-laws. Also, I recommended them to 2 of my neighbors and they successfully completed their homes as well. That is 4 homes in my neighborhood alone; I call that a great sample of work. Trust me, anyone looking for the most professional company out there must call these guys. They were extremely detailed, patient and took the time to address our needs. Given the amount of untrustworthy roofing companies out there, I was completely satisfied with not only the work but also with the company of Ridge Vally Exteriors. Our salesman Matt Bumgarner was fantastic and personally walked us through every aspect of the job. He did a great job making sure I was taken care of and was truly respectable. I cannot recommend Ridge Valley enough so do yourself a favor and call these guys first and let them take care of your roofing needs.

Matt Bumgarner never followed through with us. This why the company received the poor rating. I would not recommend this company due to our experience. Very poor professionalism in the end.The only reason I did not give all F's is Matt did show up the first time for whatever that was worth.

It went really well - no problems!   The new roof looks beautiful; the different colors in the shingles really complement the color of our home. Kurtis Cagle helped us pick out the shingles and he also handled the transaction with our insurance company. Everything went smoothly; he made it an easy process. The roof was put on in one day and the workers cleaned up the work area really well. I highly recommend Ridge Valley Exteriors.
