Our consultant, Jack, arrived on time for our scheduled consultation. He was cheerful, upbeat, and friendly. We discussed which windows we were considering covering, our budget, and the timeframe we were hoping to have the install complete. Jack immediately reassured us that there were options for every budget and that together we would work to find the perfect choice for both our budget and our aesthetic. He had samples of all of his products with him and tirelessly showed us each and every one that we were interested in, as well as the pros and cons of each one. When we had decided on the product we loved (motorized vignette roman shades) he put together an estimate of the price, order time, and a projected date to complete the install. The products were not as expensive as we had first thought they would be and with Hunter Douglas's warranty, Jack explained, we never had to worry if the product had a problem, even if it was years after we bought. He said Hunter Douglas stands behind their products so you can buy them without worrying about a problem 5 years down the road. Prior to Jacks consultation we had met with several other businesses in the area that performed the same services and without a doubt Jack was the most friendly, patient, and knowledgeable rep we met. Our shades were installed this week and we love them so much we are ordering more for the rest of our bedroom windows. We cannot say enough great things about the motorized shades---how did we live without them before?  We would definitely recommend Northwest Window Fashions to anyone interested in seeing the vast options available for covering their windows. We already have a new appointment with Jack to pick which color Vignettes to order this time!
