We had new hardwood flooring installed on the first floor and new carpet on the second floor and the end result was exactly what I wanted. We needed a waterproof floor in our basement and they delivered with aqua guard flooring and pvc baseboards. They worked quickly and did a great job! Good communication too.

Donnie always called to keep me informed of the progress of the project. The floor came out beautiful. After I was able to walk on the floor it had a couple of squeaks. They immediately came back and fixed them. They said if I had any further problem to call. Now that is customer service. Very happy with Northside Floors.

I wanted a professional to ensure my new flooring was done correctly, looked beautiful and would last, and my floors were all about the same height. Northside Floors delivered and I am very delighted with the results! My home was built in 1985. They removed badly damaged wood flooring and parquet tiles, added a layer to the existing subfloor and took care of all the squeaks, and then laid 12x24 LVT travertine look planks that will stand up to pets and daily living. Other quotes I received were more and wanted to just go over my wood floors which would have made the floors higher and caused me concern about my doorways. Jaime and crew were fabulous, and did an excellent job installing new subfloor and the LVT. They are perfectionists and have an impressive attention to detail. They worked very hard to ensure that the work was done with the utmost care and quality, and done within the timeframe quoted. Donnie is an outstanding sales/service rep. He was patient while I was deciding on the right flooring, stayed in touch throughout the process, and followed up to make sure I was fully satisfied. I love that Northside stands behind their work and the comfort of knowing if I ever have a concern later I call call them. They also carpeted one room and it looks great! I would highly recommend Northside Floors to anyone looking for any type of flooring that wants an excellent, top quality result!
