While the owner/contractor is quite personable and friendly, he is unable to properly quote jobs. The times he quoted were wrong (all of the times went over), the subcontractors he sent to do the work were horrible, and the quality of the work was terrible. The door frames were hung wrong, and had to be torn out and rebuilt. The walls are actually wavy. This was a very poor experience.
Description of Work: We were given a quote to frame out office space as specified, hand and finish all walls, install doors, trim, baseboards and crown molding. Paint the new areas. Build out the kitchen and drafting area for our business. The quote was $4000. None of the work was 100% completed, and no time quotes were made on time. We ended up paying an additional $1200 over the quoted price, hoping to have the work completed. This contractor did not even address crown molding, building out the kitchen, or building out a drafting/print area, that were all supposed to be included in the original quote for $4000. We had to pay another contractor to finish the job, so that we could conduct business.
