While the owner/contractor is quite personable and friendly, he is unable to properly quote jobs. The times he quoted were wrong (all of the times went over), the subcontractors he sent to do the work were horrible, and the quality of the work was terrible. The door frames were hung wrong, and had to be torn out and rebuilt. The walls are actually wavy. This was a very poor experience.
