Through the water company, it was determined that the extraordinarily high water bills that I'd been receiving were the result of a leak and quot;outside, between the house and the meter.and quot; A plumber was called out and he, in turn, engaged Dave to come out and examine the situation and create an estimate for a fix (and yes, in the meantime we had the utilities marked). Dave has been a godsend, from start to finish -- he's smart and capable, but nice and funny, too, which helps in a stressful situation! He was more than willing to work over the Christmas holiday -- although thankfully, weather prevented that! -- and was very fair in both his approach and pricing. I would recommend him without reservation -- and am trying to come up with a way to let my neighbors know about him! If we're having this problem -- and our neighbors on the street had the same issue -- I can only guess that the other 1000+ houses in my neighborhood would benefit from using Dave!

I had another plumber out the day before for valve replacements. The next day I had no hot water or hot water pressure. I had a friend refer me to Dave so I called him. He was at my house within an hour and made sure I was covered before he left my house. I had confidence he fixed my problem with a reasonable rate and excellent service. I have a new "go to" plumber!

We were out of town and a branch fell in the yard, I called Dave, and he came over right away and took care of it for me. The guy does great work. He would do absolutely anything for you. He is just a really good guy.
