We have never had a problem with Kevin or his crew. They are here when they say they will be. Only one time did they not show up and not call. That was when his daughter was in the hospital. Kevin called the next day and apologized. He is definitely someone you can count on to keep his word. The yard always looks great and we get loads of compliments from the neighbors.
