- This purchase was made as part of a master bath renovation. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. Theresa is such an asset to their business. She made the process of selecting my fixtures easy. When I had returns, she made that process easy, as well. At one point, one of the distributors was delayed in shipping a part that was critical to getting my project done, and she worked with them and with me to make sure I had the part. The fixtures they sell here are not cheap. They are of the highest quality-- no plastic internal workings on this stuff. It's heavy and really well made, not to mention, beautiful. My bathroom is gorgeous and I have no worries about the lifetime of these fixtures. I recommend this shop; it's a gem!
