Junk Ninja reps were friendly, professional and arrived on time to the job. We were more than pleased that they were willing to take away our projection TV (the white elephant in our house). Everywhere else we had tried to get rid of the TV with refused take it. Junk Ninja removed it for us! We've used Junk Ninja before to haul off furniture and other bulky items and would highly recommend them to anyone. Their prices are reasonable.

Juan was the only hauler I called who actually returned my call. He came out the next day to ***** the mess and determine how big of a trailer he would need., We scheduled the pick up for 10:00 on Saturday morning. He called me at 9::30 to let me know he would be late. He called me back a few minutes later to let me know he was sending his helper out and he would be at the house shortly, Mauricio was given the wrong address at first and didn't show up until 10:45, but once he got there he worked like his life depended on it, getting the stuff from the house to the driveway. By the time Juan show up with trailer he had gotten almost everything out of the house. In short order, they had everything loaded on the trailer, and then without any additional compensation, they moved the boxes I needed to ship into the garage, clearing the whole house for me and saving me hours of time. They could not have been nicer, more helpful or more efficient.

Everything went well . Juan was very responsive, kept his scheduled appointments and let me know when he was on the way. Worked efficiently, was friendly and respectful. Priced the work fairly. Would definitely reccommend, and would call him again.

They were very responsive, relatively inexpensive compared to the rates quoted for a full truck haul, and friendly. They came out the same day and speedily did their job. Would recommend!

Made a quick phone call, answered right away , explained what I needed and we set up to meet the next morning. He came when he said and loaded everything and just like that we were finished.

We had tried another company before we found Juan.  Other said company just didn’t show up and was full of excuses.  NOT JUAN!  So glad we found him!  He showed up on time and is one of the most curteous service providers we ever had the pleasure of meeting.  We will continue to use him for our removal needs and refer him to all of our friends, family and customers!  Thanks, Juan!!!

Junk Ninja was excellent!  They hauled away every piece of junk in our garage, including old shelving, old paint, old appliances, and trash.  They did a great job, and their price was competitive with renting a dumpster (without the hassle!).  They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional.  We will definitely use them again in the future.
