Very pleased with customer service on the phone and by email, with the installation process, and with the final look and quality of the granite. Counters were as ordered, they fit perfectly (though apparently our 40-year-old walls weren't perfectly square/flat), and the one seam is in the most unobtrusive location and is virtually invisible. Good clear caulking around edges and final sealing of counters. Very nice, uniform granite. Seems to be a small family/friend operation, and all staff we encountered seemed very pleasant and capable.
Advice to others doing similar installation: Schedule your plumber ahead of time for the same day as installation. Do consider the 3-inch backsplash if you're in an older house. It's optional, and our wall looks fine without it, but it will help cover wall irregularities and will provide good base for tile backsplash (or make tile backsplash above that optional).
