I was skeptical using Melody & Tony (owners) initially because after getting the recommendation from Lumber Liquidator's (who vets all their referred installers) I could not find any listing on Angie?s, the BBB or even a general Google search. They have no webpage and do business the old way ? word of mouth. My wife called Melody and she was told that Final Touch Flooring has been in business for more than 30 years and they stay very busy via recommendations. Still skeptical we asked for reference and we called a few of the 6 or 7 Melody gave us. Every one of we talked with gave glowing reviews and substantiated their recommendation with details on how Tony went the extra mile. He saved one a hunk of money by pointing her to a better and less expense flooring and another he helped her get the job she had to come in within her budget. All were positive about the work. Sooooooooo, we decided to give Final Touch Flooring ?a spin of the wheel? and we are glad we did. Everything they promised they did ... they finished on time and with no surprises. Their crew was experienced and made our floor look great And, after they were done they swept the floor, wiped the installed floor on hands and knees then vacuumed and, finally the crew carried away every last piece of debris. I could find only once small piece of paper in my yard. Kudos! I would not hesitate using them again. Dr. AllanG
