The inspection went very well, and John was very thorough. Although he was suggested by our agent, we in no way felt that John's loyalties were anywhere but with us. He spent about 5 hours inspecting the house, and provided a thorough 38 page report with pictures. From talking with others, it was much more thorough than most inspections. John also took the time to explain all of his findings with me, and he was very patient with all of my questions (we are first time home buyers). Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would recommend John to anyone.

John set up an inspection on short notice. He then spent five hours meticulously covering every aspect of the property. He even encouraged our participation as buyers so we would have a better understanding of all aspects of the home if we completed the purchase. Additionally, he assured us that he worked for us and would only make information available to the seller or either realtor at our request. The same evening following the inspection, we were provided with a 50+ page electronic report that included photos and detailed explanations. John made himself available to answer questions and assist when clarifications were needed as we completed negotiations for repairs. Price was slightly higher than competitors, but also included a pool infection which we found few inspectors in the area are qualified to conduct. It was an exceptional home and pool inspection and exceptional, high quality experience!
