David arrived on time and we did a walk-through, itemizing the extras that we would like to have done which adjusted the bid upwards slightly. He estimated he would be done in three hours and went to work. A little over three hours later he was loading his truck and the house was sparkling. A neighbor across the street admired the result and opined: "Isn't it amazing what can be accomplished with a little soap and water?" My wife and I were very pleased with the result and will definitely consider using his services for another project.
