Provider reached out via Angie's List message within a couple of days of purchase. Service provider scheduled for one of my days of service and showed up on the early end of his scheduled time frame. He sprayed the exterior and interior of our home to get rid of common pests. It's been almost two weeks and so far so good.

The communication was good and we were able to schedule the service in just a few days. Ed came on time and did the mosquito service outside of the house. He tried to talk me into the monthly service but I said I wanted to see if it's effective. He still said that they would come out in a month and leave me an invoice--I honestly felt pushed and sent a message to them confirming that I do not want a monthly service because I just moved to the area and wanted to see how things go.

My family still gets mosquito bites within 2 weeks of the service. I guess it might worked a little as the situation was worse before the service.

We bought the Big Deal. It worked out well. We went with them because they were available the same day we called and the night before the mosquitoes were just ridiculous. They were very professional, they came on time, and they were really good. Their price was very good. Very good service.

I called to make an appointment and he was in the area so he came to my house within an hour of calling him....he was very informative and very professional. I signed up for quarterly maintenance and was told if by chance I started to see bugs before next time to call and he would re-treat at no cost. Well living in Atlanta I started to see a few bugs, not many and he still came out the next day and re-treated at no cost. The only bugs I have seen are dead ones :)

Ed is great. His per quarter fees are competitive and any subsequent visits are free. When we discovered an ants nest under our tub, I called Ed after hours and he returned my call first thing next morning and took care of the problem within a few hours,

We've been using Ed's services for the past 4 years.  The weather in 2012 was VERY conducive to breeding bugs and everyone in the Atlanta area was affected with a large pest population.  We were no exception.  Ed was INCREDIBLY responsive and came out multiple times a month until our issues were completely resolved.  All of this was included in his regular maintenance price!  While our neighbors struggled, battling their bugs, we enjoyed a pest free home.
Ed is polite, professional and courteous.  Very down to earth guy who is very interested in addressing your needs.  GREAT customer service.

If we something they will come back out if we call and there is no charge. We were a long time working with Orkin, but there services got too much for us, it seemed like the price was going up every 6 months.  That's when we went to Dalton about a year ago.  That's when we had them come out and do the regular service and anything that we found.  I would recommend them.  Kyme looked them up on Angie's List and found them there. We talked to the guy and he listed his range of services and he knew what he was doing.  Unfortunately, I don't get to talk to them very much because they come while I am at work.  Just last month we thought we saw a single roach and we called them and they came out the next day and sprayed and we haven't seen anything since.  I have no problems with them.  I would recommend them.
