We couldn’t be happier with our new master bathroom! Salar, our project manager, was exceptional — he kept everything running smoothly, coordinated all subcontractors seamlessly, and even arranged for work to continue while we were out of town so the schedule never slipped. Communication was outstanding; he answered every question quickly and thoroughly, whether by text, phone, or email, so we always felt informed. Every worker who came into our home was courteous, considerate of our work-from-home schedules, and kept the job site spotless. The craftsmanship is top-notch — from the flawless tilework in the walk-in shower to the perfectly installed freestanding tub, vanity, and lighting. Even toward the end, when small touch-ups were needed, Salar ensured every detail was completed to our satisfaction. The result is a stunning, spa-like bathroom we’ll enjoy for years to come, and we can’t recommend this team enough.

We had BCM London renovate our master bathroom and had an incredible experience from start to finish! We had 4 companies come to do an estimate and decided on BCM London- their professionalism, responsiveness and detailed outline for the plan + payment after each section was completed made us feel confident with our choice. We recently had our entire basement finished by BCM London. I cannot say enough about Salar and all his contractors. When I say they know how to get the job done, that's and understatement. They were always on time, so when they said they would be there, they showed up. The quality of work is exceptional, along with the quality they were really fast at accomplishing tasks. Their system really works and their pricing was very really good. I really enjoyed working with Salar and all his guys and would most definitely use them again in the future

I used BCM London to handle a long list of home renovations. Overall the quality of the projects was great and they have established some solid relationships with subcontractors. The star of the process is Salar who project manages everything and is extremely responsive. He steps in to handle any question or need and always made it a priority to address any concerns that may come up. On any project that is as large as ours there will be complications here or there, but Salar always made sure things get sorted quickly and correctly. As you can imagine a project this large took some time and over that period BCM made the experience as pleasant as possible. This included replacing various floor and dust protections to protect the rest of the house from the construction. I would certainly recommend them to others. They are not the cheapest but when it comes to construction you get what you pay for. If you want a company that will communicate, work with you, help you along the way, and do so pleasantly, then BCM is for you.

We completed a full bath install in an unfished basement with BCM London. We had a great experience with BCM London and Salar Sayari. He and his team were nice and very professional. They took time to listen to our requirements and got it right the first time. He was also very happy to address any questions we had and explain all of the details. We are extremely picky on who we choose to come into our house and transform a blank slate into our idea. The BCM London team and Salar the owner and project manager of the company working with his father and brother understood our vision and with his what I would describe as a highly skilled crew of craftsman that exclusively work for BCM London, including tile, shower glass, carpenters and electricians renovated our gutted master bathroom from scratch into a little bit of heaven luxury hotel kind of master bathroom. I can’t express how pleased we are with this remodel. It didn’t feel intrusive. The crew is friendly and cordial and always came at the time that was communicated to us by Salar. Salar is obsessive, compulsive about details as we are and he effectively spelled out every detail of the build to his crew. There were no re-dos or mistakes. You can trust that BCM London will make your dream space a reality as they did for us.

Salar and his team were wonderful from the start. They remodeled our garage into a family room/office. At every step of the way, they made sure that we had everything we wanted. Changes came up throughout the project and they made them right away. Their ideas also helped save us some money in the end. Every one of the contractors they work with were very professional and did fantastic work. I would highly recommend this company. We will be using them in the future for any remodeling of our home. My wife and I had BCM finish out part of our basement. It was a complex job due to our basement not having any existing plumbing. His team did a great job and all of his workers were friendly, and would take the time to answer questions and adapt as we went along. Salar was always very prompt at communicating and ensured that all the permits and inspections went well. We would highly recommend him and will be using him again for future projects.

We hired BCM London to add a bathroom in our basement and finish a room/gym area. Their work is incredible! Everything from tile, drywall, electrical, plumbing, wood work, painting etc was excellent! We used BCM London to do a full remodel of our basement. Around 1700 square feet. They were referred to us by our neighbors who also utilized their services for large projects. Definitely one of the easiest, attentive, and responsive contractors we have ever worked with. The results were awesome! Salar is great to work with. Would highly recommend! BCM London finished my basement and did an amazing job! I first reached out to Salar a few months after my daughter was born, 5 years ago. At that time, BCM London was one of many companies I reached out to for quotes. I liked BCM London the most as they had modern design ideas which fit my style the most. I didn’t need to explain every single detail. Salar just got it. Unfortunately, I wasn’t prepared to finance finishing my basement at that time. Fast forward 4 years and my wife and I are finally ready to finish the basement. Salar came to our house and listened to what we wanted, however, he could quickly tell that we didn’t have a clear vision in our head. So, instead of taking orders, Salar recommended we consult with an interior designer. It was the best recommendation he could have made, as Megan from Avery + Home was phenomenal. She completely transformed the space, beyond my wife and I’s wildest imagination. After Megan finished the design, Salar and team were ready to begin the work. Salar was always very responsive, proactive in his communications, provided the most sensible recommendations to keep quality and control costs, as well as went above and beyond in making sure all of our needs and wants were met. Salar and his family at BCM London are absolutely outstanding, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Anyone in search of a team to finish their basement, I would highly recommend BCM London! I have hired BCM London three times now - to finish a large basement, do a deck (something they no longer do), and completely remodel my master bath (basically they took it down to the studs and re-did everything.) I guess the greatest compliment is that I keep hiring them. I am happy to say that they are still excellent. Salar is responsive and helpful, always staying on top of the things. Their work is detailed and clean. They keep things neat and organized. Any problems that come up are solved with expediency. Would highly recommend!

Salar and BCM London were incredible to work with! We could not be happier with our finished basement. We interviewed and received quotes from 5 different contractors. None could match BCM’s professionalism, vision for our project, and shared concern over our ideal budget. Salar and his crew are responsive, proactive, and work with you every step of the way. If you aren’t happy with something, they won’t stop until you are 100% satisfied. Another great thing about BCM that seems like a small thing, but is so important, is that they keep the cleanest job site we’ve ever seen! At the end of the workday, it’s almost like no one was even there because they do such a great job cleaning the site. We would recommend Salar and BCM London without any reservations whatsoever. This is our second project with BCM - Salar and his team. A few years ago, they renovated two bathrooms, including the master, and we were very happy with the experience and results. In 2021, we fully renovated our basement, including adding two rooms. As before, we are thrilled with the results. The BCM team provides upfront detailed cost estimates and timing, communicates well throughout the project, and works well with all aspects of the project - demo, rough build, drywall, tile, appliances, fixtures, etc. They also worked with us on ideas, providing feedback and input. Couldn't recommend BCM more highly!

There is no limit to the praise I could place on B.C.M. London for the work they did, from start to finish, on the complete overhaul of my master bathroom, master closet and master bedroom. Starting with the proposal/contract there was complete details, transparency, and adherence to agreements. The quality of the work staff and work done was top notch. The demeanor of all the crew was professional, respectful, and responsible. I am retired so was around the work site a lot and saw the consistent quality from plumbers, electricians, drywallers, demo crew etc. The pricing of the work, after comparison to numerous quotes, was fair and reasonable. Salar Sayari and his family should be proud of this business. I give them the highest recommendation possible.

Salar and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with. You never know how subcontractors are going to work out on a given job, but the subs that BCM uses were so polite and professional. The team gutted and remodeled our master bathroom for us, and they also did some other electrical/lighting projects around the house for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They did a fantastic job, and we found Salar to be very personable and conscientious. They were also reasonably priced for the work that they performed. I would definitely recommend Salar and the BCM team, and we plan on using them again for future projects.

This is the second time my husband and I have worked with BCM London. After the superior job they did for us on the first project, there was no question in our minds who we wanted for our attic remodel. They took the room from bare bones to a beautiful result with drywalling, painting, tiling and carpet. We can t say enough good things about this family business, the skills of the subcontractors they work with and the personal care they give their clients. We could not have had a better experience than with BCM London and Salar Sayari. We has several quotes done for a kitchen renovation project, that included gutting the kitchen and removing a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and the dining-room. Salar was one of the few people willing to work with the permitting process in the City of Atlanta, something which we insisted on. His quote was as far as $25000 less than the most expensive one we got, on a $50-60000 project, all included. His quote included everything except the appliances. We had the walls redone, the electricity and plumbing updated, the appliances changed places, the floor was changed etc... Salar and his employeesassoicates were a pleasure to work with. Salar answers his emails and texts quickly, and is always willing to answer questions clearly. The work started the day we had agreed on, and was finished on the day that had been stated in the contract. The work done was quality work, and was approved quickly by the City. We are very grateful to have had such a great experience for this project!

I don’t know even where to begin with this review of BCM. My husband and I are absolutely overjoyed with the work they did for us! This is a family business and we felt like family the way we were treated - they wanted to do their best for us and that’s exactly what we got: their very best. Each team that handled a different aspect of our project were craftspeople with honed skills and attention to detail. As our project involved disability adaptations, some of the work requested was unique. BCM handled it all and handed us a reno we could only dream of. We almost gave up on trying to find the right contractor for our bathroom project. We found out about BCM London on the Next Door app. A few contractors came to our home to check out the project but never sent an estimate - we were bot doing anything complicated - just a basic remodel. We were pretty direct in our email to BCM London - don't bother coming out to our home if you are not going to follow up with an estimate. Salar responded to our email and scheduled a time to come out to our home. He arrived on time, listened to our ideas, and sent an estimate. We were comfortable with the plans and moved forward. We had our basement finished with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and keeping room. All the work done by the sub contractors was done professionally and of good quality. It appeared to me that they take pride in their work. Salar was easy to work with and listened to our ideas and concerns. I would highly recommend them for your renovation project.
