Vladimir showed up in the appointed time window and did a very professional job diagnosing the problem and getting it resolved within 2 hours. This involved trying less invasive procedures first, but because clog was way down in our system, had to remove the toilet to "snake" deep into our homes 3" & 4" PVC pipe to clear the problem. He also ran a camera through (all the way to the city sewer conn.) so we could see that pipe was all clear. He offered solutions to prevent further issues that were likely enhanced by our "low-flow" toilets. These toilets cause all sorts of clogging problems because they don't push sufficient pulses of water like the older style of toilets did.

Had the toilet fixed later by a different plumber.  Handles in shower were installed wrong...long turn to get water.  Handles out of place.
