I WAS MOVING HERE FROM OUT OF STATE, AND WAS REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY BY A FRIEND WHO HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY WERE EFFICIENT, GREAT AT COMMUNICATING, ESPECIALLY VIA EMAIL, AND THEY HAD THE BEST RATES I FOUND. THEIR CLOSING FEES WERE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN OTHERS, BUT WE PLAN TO STAY IN THIS HOUSE A LONG TIME, SO THE LOW RATE MORE THAN MAKES UP FOR IT. IT WAS A VERY EASY AND EFFICIENT PROCESS WORKING WITH THEM, EVEN FROM ANOTHER STATE.
