Amanda and Stephen McFerrin are a wonderful team. They spent several days with us touring houses and neighborhoods to get a feel for our wants and needs. Amanda and Stephen were wonderful listeners and really cared about finding the right location, neighborhood, and house for us. We made several house hunting trips and after the first trip trusted them to preview houses for us, which they did expertly. As my husband and I narrowed our search criteria and price range, Amanda and Stephen were extremely flexible and accomodating to our changes. When it came time to negotiate the contract, Amanda and Stephen were excellent communicators and represented us well. We couldn't have asked for a team of real estate agents to work harder for us. We couldn't be happier with the house and neighborhood they helped us find.
