They responded promptly and showed up at the appointment time. We ran into a slight problem but they ran to the store and came back immediately and fixed it. Overall we were very satisfied.

Overall it was very pleasant experience. They did an excellent job and the floors look great. Carlos and all his crew are very nice people who seem to be committed to doing quality floor refinishing. I am very pleased with the results.

I called this company because of the 5 star ratings they had received. Carlos met me the afternoon of my call and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The wood floor refinishing services included more than I had been quoted from other companies, sand, stain and 3 coats of oil based poly. They did a fantastic job, above and beyond what I had expected.

I am sorry I choose them. I had a pre-warning when they were late for submitting an estimate even after I called them to follow up on their first visit. Carlos, the owner, only came out to give estimates, once we signed the agreement, I never saw him again. His crew barely spoke English, which is OK, except when the supervisor, Jeff rarely shows up, and the Hispanic worker either does not understand or chooses to ignore our directions. They were extremely messy, we installed our own plastic to cover the other floors and steps to the bathroom. They did not clean up for 2 weeks for a promised 1 week job. And they came to me twice begging for cash to pay their workers, before the job was finished, and contrary to the contract. They seem to have no respect for you or your home. My experience again for for tile in a master bathroom. I have a copy for a complaint letter that I faxed to them reiterating the above that I would be happy to share with anyone who forwards their fax.

It took them around half a day to finish this job. We are very happy with the cleaning they did because the floors look very nice again. They showed us everything they did on the receipt and have a very good quality job.

Carlos and Atlanta Flooring Service did a fine job of refinishing our hardwood floors. He kept the home as dust free as possible and the finished product was beautiful. He is also a very nice person to work with.
