"This is a real estate agent who still owes our company money. H apologized and agreed to pay for the project after making an additional payment of $100 on September 1,2014 still owing us a balance of $350. This is upsetting that Angie's list would publish reports from a client who ripped off our company. We will be pursuing this matter in small claims court with [member name removed] and plan on deleting our profile from this service."
David Day gave an estimate on April 4, 2012 for the work.
He understood that his work included trim, doors, and ceilings.
On the scheduled date (4/13/2012), his truck broke down so he was a no show. They didn't show up until lunch time on April 14 and 15. They were at my house until 7 or 7:30 p.m.
I showed him the bad work on Friday the 15th. He said someone would fix it Saturday (16th). They showed up at 3 p.
On Monday when I had a chance to get a good look - I was shocked at the sloppy, messy work. They got paint on my floors and porch. Paint was dripped down the wall. They didn't paint most of the doors and the trim.
I called him on the 16th, he promised to fix it.
We called again on April 20. He said he would be there to fix it May 14th.
Now he is not taking calls or answering emails from us.
