They came out to do the work. They did a good job trimming and cleaning up. They told me that they would be back the next day to grind out the stump from the large tree. The next few days it rained and I didn't expect them to come out. After a few days I called them and was told that their machine was broken but he would send someone else out to do the work. The other person did not come out to do the work either. They are not answering any of my phone calls or emails. All I am wanting is for them to finish the job that they started.

We chose this contractor over others because of price and the fact that Mark clearly enjoys what he does.  Mark took the time to explain the pruning process as well as taking an interest in our Japanese maple which he offered to hand prune at no additional cost.  These guys communicate well and set expectations properly.  They also left the yard cleaner than they found it.  Overall a pretty stellar performance.

The review is from a few years back but Angie's wanted a review.  I hired Aspen to remove two river birches from my front yard.  The contract states remove 2 river birches in front yard "  AND REMOVE DEBRIS".  When I returned home I had a huge pile of mulch in my front yard......not exactly removed was it.  When I called they said it would be another $250 dollars to 'remove'. 
I spent a month bagging up the mulched limbs out of my small townhome yard and having removed by my garbage pick up.

It went well and I was very pleased. They were quick, effective and reasonably priced. They are very involved with any discussions that we had about what we'd like to do as far as getting these trees removed and taken out. They had some suggestions on landscaping and they were very available.

The gentleman who came to my house was well mannered, articulate and very knowledgeable. He even gave me advice on how to care for house plants.  I would definitely call him again if I need more landscape work done.

They did a good job and they were knowledgeable about what they were supposed to do. The guy had a lot of problems with his equipment. He had a lot of delays because of the equipment, but other than that he did what he was supposed to do. It slowed him up. It's nothing that I can't live with. He was very good about calling and saying that had happened and he would be late. He kept me informed. They were very reasonably priced. The person who was working with him was knowledgeable about what he was supposed to do. He had 2 guys working with him and I'm not sure if they were a part of his crew. I think it was like an agreement to help each other to work with each other or something. They got the job done and they did a good job. They didn't damage anything. The price was excellent. He removed about 25 trees for $1500. His responsiveness was okay. He was supposed to be here on Tuesday and it ended up being Thursday before he got here. The chipper wood broke and he had to take that to the shop and then the chipper broke again. I would use them again in the future because I would know what I'm dealing with.
