Description of Work: Thread would not catch in one of the tension disc on my serger. Serviced machine and filed a part down so thread would catch in tension disc.

 + -1 moreI spoke with Marc by email and sent him pictures of a part (Bobbin take up) that I thought was broken on my Pfaff. He quoted me a price to fix it. I took my machine in and mentioned to him that it hadn't been cleaned in years. He said the price for a cleaning would be $75.00. I stated to go ahead and clean it as well. He also stated that some warranted parts would need replaced, I stated that the machine was not under a warranty. When I went to pick up the machine a few days later, he had informed me that the part wasn't broken, he upgraded machine with new parts and he only charged me for the cleaning. The machine runs like a dream now.
Description of Work: Marc inspected the for a part that I thought was broken, upgraded machine with a couple of parts that the manufacturer recommended. Cleaned machine.
