Certified Green -- thorough carpet cleaning means no sticky residue left behind or reappearing spots. Safe for children and pets -- we specialize in pet urine removal. We will look with a black light to find any areas that need urine treatment. Credit cards, checks accepted. We are trained in water damage and upholstery and rug cleaning, drapery and carpets. We clean tile and grout, and stone floors, counters, showers, etc.Our employees are trained and background checked, and we are fully insured. As an independent woman business owner, I strive to give more than I get, and bless each customer in some way. We want ato give you our World Famous Dust Cloth and we hope to brighten your day. Sometimes we are literally coming to the rescue, when a water heater has broken and water is threatening your belongings, when an animal has been sick or a person has had an accident. When you are moving in and out, it's crucial that the timing be just right -- you can't wait all day for carpet cleaners to show up. We give a two hour window and communicate with you to pinpoint when we will arrive so that you can count on us, and stay in contact with you to meet your time constraints. The Technician arrived right on time and was
excellent. Our carpets are 9 years old and are in a High End Luxury
Rental Lodge. A lot of wear and tear. He brought them back to where
they looked brand new and also got an ink spot out that had been there

Another thing that I want to mention, this is not coming from the company, it's from my past experience. When you try to clean your carpet yourself you may be happy at the time. After doing so.later when you have it professionally cleaned there more than likely be lighter spots throughout the carpet. It is caused by the cleaner and process that you used. It can also happen if you spot clean with some types of product. Anyway, I have experienced this problem in the past. Wouldn't you know I thought I could do an area around a rug in the living room. Ha, and I know better.
Save yourself the trouble and have this company do it.

I made a mistake regarding a question above...would I use this company in the future...YESS! My mistake! They are here right now doing another job for me.
I rated price and quality a B-Good. At the time I thought that it was pricey but now that I think about it, I really do believe that you have to pay a little more for the quality.

"I did not do a cleaning for you on that date in 2013. I have receipts for the warranty program of cleaning with Home Depot in 2012 and 2011, but do not have a record of any cleaning done in 2013. Is is possible that someone else did that cleaning for you? Just asking because you have been a good customer and I would hate to have a B rating for something I didn't do!"

There is another company with a name similar to ours, it may have been someone else, but we have no record of you in our database, customer files or the log book from that day. I believe that it must be someone else who did this to you, for which I am very sorry that it happened to you. We always try to do an excellent job and follow up to make sure you are happy. To write us a bad review when we didn't even do it is really not a good thing. Please check your records or speak to me if you have proof that we did something wrong!"
