Certified Green -- thorough carpet cleaning means no sticky residue left behind or reappearing spots. Safe for children and pets -- we specialize in pet urine removal. We will look with a black light to find any areas that need urine treatment. Credit cards, checks accepted. We are trained in water damage and upholstery and rug cleaning, drapery and carpets. We clean tile and grout, and stone floors, counters, showers, etc.Our employees are trained and background checked, and we are fully insured. As an independent woman business owner, I strive to give more than I get, and bless each customer in some way. We want ato give you our World Famous Dust Cloth and we hope to brighten your day. Sometimes we are literally coming to the rescue, when a water heater has broken and water is threatening your belongings, when an animal has been sick or a person has had an accident. When you are moving in and out, it's crucial that the timing be just right -- you can't wait all day for carpet cleaners to show up. We give a two hour window and communicate with you to pinpoint when we will arrive so that you can count on us, and stay in contact with you to meet your time constraints. Kyle and Kristen did a most excellent job of vaccuming and cleaning my entire upstairs level which includes the stairs, 4 bedrooms, a mid-size foyer, and a walk-in closet. Their arrival was perfect timing for me and they were both very personable, polite and professional. They did not do a lot of talking, they were very attentive to their work. I like that. Kristen did a wonderful and thorough job of vaccuming all areas while Kyle set up the cleaning equipment and prepared for the even bigger task at hand. The color of the carpet is light beige and is thick, plush and a high grade carpet. It had not been cleaned in a while and had many little spots throughout. There was also a couple of big spills on the carpeted stairs that I did not think would actually come completely clean, but Kyle made it happen. Because of Kyle's great work, there is no evidence of spots or spills anywhere to be found. My carpet is extra clean and looks almost brand new again. The Chem-Dry products are so great because the carpet is left with NO strong chemical odors, all spots and spills are gone, the carpets are NOT soaking wet, and the smell is just absolute clean, like fresh air. I really love it. I am very happy and pleased with the service I received. And Shelly offered the price that was reasonable and worth every dollar. I have already recommended Chem-Dry to several friends. Thank You, Kyle, Kristen and Shelly for a job very well done. Be Blessed!!

The Technician arrived right on time and was
excellent. Our carpets are 9 years old and are in a High End Luxury
Rental Lodge. A lot of wear and tear. He brought them back to where
they looked brand new and also got an ink spot out that had been there
for years. Will definitely use them again! These guys are GOOD!

Great! Terry was punctual and professional. Carpets look great. I didn't understand why my area rug (9x11) which is indoor/outdoor was twice the price of master bedroom. I paid more to clean it than it cost. But other than this I was pleased and would hire them again.

I have no complaints. This is my second time using this company. On my prior review I marked that I wouldn't use them again and it was an error, I checked the wrong circle. But at the time I thought it was a little pricey but I still would have called them again. There are plenty of companies that can do the job cheaper but I can guarantee that it won't be anything like what this company does. Take advantage of the deal. When you start assigning the rooms you want done it an amazing deal.
Another thing that I want to mention, this is not coming from the company, it's from my past experience. When you try to clean your carpet yourself you may be happy at the time. After doing so.later when you have it professionally cleaned there more than likely be lighter spots throughout the carpet. It is caused by the cleaner and process that you used. It can also happen if you spot clean with some types of product. Anyway, I have experienced this problem in the past. Wouldn't you know I thought I could do an area around a rug in the living room. Ha, and I know better.
Save yourself the trouble and have this company do it.

They came out and wanted to put down pet stuff on the carpet and stain treatment and bunch of other stuff that I wasn't interested in. It was a base thing and if you wanted extra things done it was more on top of that. They did a good job cleaning the carpet.

I made a mistake regarding a question above...would I use this company in the future...YESS! My mistake! They are here right now doing another job for me.
I rated price and quality a B-Good. At the time I thought that it was pricey but now that I think about it, I really do believe that you have to pay a little more for the quality.

"I did not do a cleaning for you on that date in 2013. I have receipts for the warranty program of cleaning with Home Depot in 2012 and 2011, but do not have a record of any cleaning done in 2013. Is is possible that someone else did that cleaning for you? Just asking because you have been a good customer and I would hate to have a B rating for something I didn't do!"

I was not satisfied. The person was courteous, but they didn't clean the rug. They didn't do their job properly. The price was too much for what I wanted to get done.

There is another company with a name similar to ours, it may have been someone else, but we have no record of you in our database, customer files or the log book from that day. They did an excellent job and they were terrific. They are always very reliable and the price is reasonable. They use all organic materials so there is no chemical residue which is why I used them. The carpets do dry faster compared to the more traditional treatment.

One guy came and it took about a hour to complete the work. They use organic materials and they are really good with pet odors and stains. I was going to use them again but the prices are so high. I can get a better deal from their competitors.
