Was billed on my credit card without any notice, resulting in a late payment and downgrading of my credit score. When I approached the Kennesaw location in an effort to rectify this and have this classified as a billing error was told no. Still on my credit statement over three years later. They recently attempted to sell my elderly sister a second air filter when the filter she has was rated to cover her square footage. Trying to take advantage of the elderly.

The repairman was fast and communicated the problem to me. He knew right where to look for a solution and had my repair finished within 30 minutes.

All I'm going to say is when you are dealing with the salesman from this company be sure to get a detailed invoice with everything you are buying listed on it with the price and have it signed. The original estimate I got when ordering the central vacuum was $4700 installed. When it was completed, I was told that the total was $6200. When I asked why there was such a large increase the answer was they had not included the extra kits for each floor. I was taken aback because I figured the initial estimate should have included everything. I paid the $6200. On a subsequent visit the salesman came back and hung the hoses on the wall and showed me another rug vacuum that was better and very light. When he finally told me the price, it was an additional $2500. At that point I blew my stack and told him that for $9000 I could have bought 18 Miele vacuums and had one for every room in my house. I then "suggested' that we were through and I was not paying any more money for anything. The salesman allegedly called his boss and told him we were having a disagreement and the boss agreed to leave the additional items with no additional cost. I warn you again. DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING WITHOUT A DETAILED INVOICE TO BACK IT UP.

Aerus was simply the retailer who sold the central vac system. The installers were Chuck and Kerry who did an outstanding job. They also sell the same unit through Atlanta Vacuum and you might be able to do better price wise by going directly through them. No problem with Aerus. They forgot to include an attachment but a quick phone call led to a promise to ship the part.
