I called them to schedule the appointment to get my sidewalk and porch patio cleaned. They seemed rather out-of-sorts with my call. Like "Why are you calling us?". I expect a bit of unprofessionalism and disorganization with a small home based business so it wasn't that big of a deal.
I taked with "James". He said they could come out on Wednesday and do the pressure washing. He didn't ask me anything about what the area was or what needed to be done. They came out the day of my appointment on time. That was very good. On time and ready to do the job.
I showed them what needed to be done. As soon as I told them I had a Halfoff/Depot coupon they started the bait and switch. Suddenly a job that was doable needed a different "tool". I've got my patio pressure washed before and it doesn't need any special "tool." After trying to jack up the price another $125, they saw I wasn't going to be fooled by their con game. They said they needed to check with their brother and would come back at 11:00 am. No show.
I called them back as to why they didn't show up. They said they still needed to talk to their brother. Said they would call me back in a sec. No call back. I finally called them after several hours after not hearing back from them. "James" answered the phone and said they would not honor the Halfoff/Depot coupon.
Now, I'm left with an un-cleaned patio and all the stuff to move back onto it. Don't do business with these people they are dishonest.
