It was really good. We actually ended up using their services. It took a month and a half to complete the work.

I didn’t end of getting anything out of it. They said if I wanted to do anything, I would need to pay about about $1,000. One guy came out and was supposed to get some sketches back to me but didn’t get back until about 4 months later. I found out later he was let go from the company. Another guy ended up coming out and he said there was a misunderstanding with the deal that was set up with Junkie’s List. He did give me a quote. I found out they are on the entire other side of town from me. In the end, nothing ended up happening with it.

It was good. It took a while for me to get their landscape design but working with the gentleman, he was professional and he did a really good job. I was blessed with his knowledge and his ability to do what I was looking for, so I really did not have any complaints. It just took a little while for me to get a hold of the final plan but otherwise, it was a good experience. He gave the plan probably about two months or so after he came out and looked at our property. For the service that we used him for, and we have not engaged with him for any actual landscaping work, it was just strictly the design, he did a good job. He pointed out what we were looking for, he optimized the invoice and such and gave us an idea of what we were wanting to do back there. The price of the service was quite reasonable. The landscape design was really well and very professionally done. He responded to the emails and set up the appointment which was good. He did really well on that but it took so long for him to get back to us and did not communicate that it was going to take a while in the emails. He was right on time when he said that he would be there and he was very professional. He was great and he knew everything. He pointed out plants and identified stuff that I had no idea that we had. I could see us eventually using him in the future, definitely for designs and possibly with the actual landscape work but I am not sure at this point because I am not sure where we are going with that yet. The plan was the first thing, but if I have other landscape design work, I would definitely consider them for sure.

They kept postponing the date of the deliverable and were not proactive to inform me of the same . They had originally promised to deliver a design in 2 weeks but it took nearly 6 weeks with multiple follow ups from me Only when i called to ask for the final design that Andrei would tell me that he needed more time. Did not seem to be a very professional approach . I lost interest in engaging with the company further due to lack of professionalism

Scheduling was easy, the company sent someone out shortly after I called, and the gentleman arrived on time.  Furthermore, he was knowldegeable and helpful during our interactions.

Was hard to nail down on date to initally meet.  Was busy due to Angie's list coupon.  Finally met, and followup had to be our responsibility to get the final/small/hard to read little picture.  Asked for a price to do the work, that was more work to get a response, to get a list of plants and cost.  When asked for changes to plants that extended the time.  The person we worked with left and had to start all over with explaining where we were and what we were waiting on.  Did not use for the actual work.  The design was NOT worth the cost of the coupon, my time spent on getting them to do the work was over the cost of the little picture.

Representative showed up on time. I was interested in renovating my backyard and I had some drainage problems that I wanted his opinion on. He made measurement of the backyard and recommended solutions for the drainage issues. He was very pleasant and professional. In a week, they emailed me a plan and it was very well done. I haven't decided whether I will proceed, but I was happy with the service they gave me on the plan.

Doing a very good job, all tenants are complimentary of services provided.

The landscape planner was punctual and very nice. I discussed what I would like in my backyard explaining that I like modern, even japanese design. My actual words were "let your imagination go crazy" and I specifically said I didn't want a typical suburban backyard as my children are grown. He explained that he liked to do hand drawn plans rather than use a CAD design which was fine with me. I waited for about 2-3 weeks and finally called to ask if I was going to get a plan. The landscape planner explained that he had been ill and was a little behind but set a time that week to come and show me the design. It was basically a hand-drawn picture of exactly what I already have in my backyard- just cleaned up.  I have a medium sized concrete patio that he made about 10 feet longer. I have a large grassy area surrounded by "very" overgrown trees and bushes. The plan re-sodded the grassy area and cleaned up the overgrown area and added several other bushes and re-planted some plants from my front yard. He also put a gazebo at the end of the yard. I don't see how any of this was modern, japanese, or imaginative. And the price to do all this was going to be $20,000. I would not suggest that anyone buy this deal because I certainly don't feel I got $99 worth of design.

It went OK.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for a consultation and design of our yard.    When i purchased it the form asked for contact information which i provided.  I waited a week and never heard from them.  I called and left a message and was called back 4 days later to schedule.  I was able to schedule the appointment a week out, which was great.  
The guy who came out was very professional and very punctual.  He came on a Friday and promised me i would have my quote / design by the end of the next week.   I waited 2 weeks and did not hear anything. I called and left a message and was called back the next day.. They said that they were very busy from the Angie's List promotion and to give them another week.  That is understandable, and I was okay with this. 
I again waited another week and and a half then called that wednesday, and left another message.  I received an email from them on Friday saying again that they were overwhelmed with the Angie's List promotion and they would have something to me by the end of next week..  Well, that was a week ago and I have yet to hear from them...  What a waste of $99.  They haven't actually preformed any work for me, so I don't know how good their price or quality of work is, but if i can't even get a quote that i pre-paid for, then that doesn't give me much reassurance that the company will be responsive when it comes to work.

the quote was too high went another route couldn't understand invoice, I wish the invoice would have been easier to understand.
