Precise Contracting Services LLC

I hired Precise Contracting Services LLC, owner Austin Crum on May 9, 2020 for a new roof, damage to the interior and windows due to storm damage. This took weeks to get the job started, the owner would contact me stating he would be there on a specific date and time and no one would show up. It was a constant trying to pin him down to preform the work he was hired for. Once the work started the roofers would work a few hours and I wouldn't see them for days. The owner informed me they had to go finish another job they were behind on. Once the job was coming to a complete I noticed things didn't look right on the roof, I contacted the owner many times and submitted pictures and his reply was the same, there was nothing wrong with the roof. On July 30, 2020 the contractor stated there were several things he wasn't happy with and would be over the next day. He never showed up. I then had 2 roofing companies come out to check the roof, both companies found sloppy workmanship, code violations, the end caps are not straight nor spaced evenly, debris left in my gutters, incorrect ridge vents and I was informed my roof would not pass inspection if and when I was to sell my home. One company gave an estimate of $9,550.00 and the other $10,080.00 to fix my roof. At this point I no longer wanted this contractor to fix any other issues he was hired for after seeing the damage he caused. He was already paid for the work. I am disabled and the contractor was aware of this, he has taken every cent I have to my name and I have no means to fix this mess. This has been a nightmare! The contractor comes across as very knowledgeable and is very pushy, he really can sell he can do the job, but I see the results. NO NOT hire this company. The contractor also has several other business so do your research and if the company is owned by Austin Crum, he is the same owner of these companies.
