Even though you have a project manager make sure you closely monitor the work at every stage. They use contract painters 1099 and not in house painters. Not informed of this.

Very professional organization. Everyone I spoke with from arranging an estimate, scheduling the service, customer service and payment to the project manager were exceptional. You can tell they put the customer first and value their reputation by putting quality and value first. I would definitely hire them again.

Others came in less expensive, but these folks use a minimum of 2 coats of high grade Sherwin Williams paint. Others used lesser paint and fewer coats. In one room they painted 4 times - plus the primer - to make sure there was no bleed through. All the same price. Loved the comittment to make sure the job looked great.

They removed popcorn ceilings, skimmed them and painted ceilings and walls.

Company is a ;Middle Man; that contracts out the work. Was the Highest estimate and chose because figured the High cost would translate to a better product. Sadly mistaken.

"Morgan, we apologize you feel this way. You are misrepresenting what we do. We performed the work we were contracted to do at the price we were contracted to do it for. We work off a contract that is mutually agreed upon between both parties and your dissatisfaction comes from us not doing additional wood repairs outside the scope of the contract for free. Additional materials and additional labor would need to be accounted for. Sorry we don't work for free. There are no quality issues. We are confident in our pricing, company structure, and customer service we deliver which has allowed us to grow to the largest paint company in the area."
