Terrible. We were new residents of Georgia and knew nothing about irrigation. We interviewed several companies but decided on Cutting Edge because they were insured and bonded. They came out and told us that we need 14 zones and charged us $7000. I found later (sadly) that I only needed 5 zones at most. One day my wife happened to look out the window and the installers were outside working without any prior notification. One worker was rude and other cut a main water line to our house with the trencher. We found out later that the piping that was used was the cheapest stuff that you can find at Lowe's. They installed a rain detecter on the fence instead of the roof or gutter as recommended. For two years afterwards, our cheap pipes burst all of the time. I must have called them more than 10 times to do repairs. They did the first few repairs and then stopped.
A couple of years later, the owner (after many complaints) called up and said that he wanted to repair our system to make it correct. He came out with two workers and we showed him all (i.e. numerous) of the things wrong. He promised to fix it to our satisfication. I never saw the owner again. When I called the worker who was with the owner when he was going to come out the do the promised repairs, he was rude and asked why would we want to use the company anyway after writing a negative review on Angie's list. After thinking about, I agreed.
I now have a $7000 irrigation system that I can't use. This is our story - proceed accordingly.

They are very punctual.  They are quick to respond to emails.  They have kept our yard in great shape.
The only thing I think needs to be improved is better routine weeding of the flower beds.
I highly recommend them.  They are honest, professional, and have really gotten our yard back in shape.

They do the work without my telling them what do to.  They see what needs to be done and they do it.

My husband and I own a condo and we live out of town. I signed a contract with this company and hired them to take care of my landscaping, since I'm hardly isn town. It started out nice however, when we took a trip to Warner Robins, we noticed weeds were growing I. The front of the condo that should've been pulled when they manicured the hedges...and, they have yet to put down any pine straw the entire year and a half that they've been doing our landscaping. You would think for $60 a month, that would be automatic. Don't want to think that they are taking advantage of the fact that we are never in town and just dos enough to get by.

My next door neighbor also told me that when they used their leaf blower, the guy would blow the leaves onto his property and on his Harley bike that is parked next to our property! One thing that they did do that I appreciated was they trimmed my tree for free but wished they would've trimmed it a bit more than they did.

I will be hiring another company to see if I can get my monies worth with them.
