The service was awful. A different crew every time, even though we asked for the same crew each week. It was noted in our file that we have a dog, yet cleaners were sent who were afraid of dogs. The first, most expensive cleanings were not impressive at all. The floors were still dirty, cobwebs not dusted, we had to have them come back repeatedly to finish work they were supposed to do but didn't. One week they just didn't clean our upstairs bathroom, another week they didn't do the floors at all, another week they didn't clean or vacuum our loft area. I told them in writing and on the phone that I needed cleaning to be completed by 2pm and the crew would show up at 2pm. It's unbelievable how unprofessional this company is.
