Ms. Stone was very prompt, courteous and reasonable, both on the initial estimate and the initial cleaning. I was comfortable with her from the moment our of first telephone communication. My initial impression was confirmed when we met. This is something I have wanted to do for a long time. She made it easy to finally go ahead. I was giddy all day. When I came home the day of my first service, my house was neat and it was shining like new money! I was very pleased and I look forward to a long relationship.

We had a long list of items to be cleaned as part of a move out. I was not there to check the work but when I returned a few weeks later I found that most of the cleaning had been done very well. However, a couple of items from the list were missed or not thoroughly cleaned.
