After a couple of false starts, ( business has been crazy and life happens), I can't explain how extremely pleased I am with the job this team has done. So professional, wore their masks, used my sanitizer at the door, warned me in advance on days the work would be loud, as I work from home. They completely cleaned the work space before they left the job each day. Today, I see the finished product. The white tile is ceiling to floor, with tile on the floor, tv is hung with no wires showing and a fireplace insert. It is more beautiful than I expected! Sam also suggested smoked glass doors, which will be my next project.

I drew my dreams for the home and had them developed by an architect. Samson Home Maintenance was able to read and interpret every aspect of those plans included MEP drawings. I questioned the owner professionalism on this and other media as he failed to respond to repeated phone calls over 5 weeks concerning his most recent hardwood floor project. After getting HomeAdvisor involved, he FINALLY CALLED me back after I made several attempts to discuss the matter with him. In the phone call, Mr. SAM actually THREATEN me about the negative reviews. UNPRECEDENTED! A contractor threatening a customer who paid him several thousand dollars for flooring, ( that almost cause a fire as he laid hardwood over my home security wires) not owning up to the fact that same was highly inappropriate. He advised me to call someone and take it up and cursed me and HomeAdvisor stating he did not need them. I am as a consequence of submitting yet ANOTHER bad review. Since he invoked knowing where I work in the heated discussion, he was also reminded he knew where I lived as well. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Buyer Beware.

My experience with Samson Home Maintenance has been outstanding. Sam is one of the most honest, fair, kind person you would ever want to meet. He has an exceptional crew that is professional and hard working. Sam has done many jobs for me; the biggest was replacing the brick around my garage doors and turning it from a two door to a one door opening. He also did chimney repair. Inside he has taken down the popcorn ceiling in my bathrooms and replaced it with a textured ceiling. That is just a few of the things that he has done. If you are looking for outstanding quality of work at a fair price; then Samson Home Maintenance is the company you need to call.

I hired this company to turn my small A frame home (<900sq ft) into an entire whole house custom build (this was much more than a renovation/addition project) based on my dream plans amounting to ~3700sq ft. They took the original structure down to the foundation and studs plus demolishing the roof. In the process, company owner ensured: sub-contractors were effectively managing their tasks, no materials went missing, and job ran smoothly according to schedule. Hiring Samson was cost effective, provided us a sense of security due to their professionalism and excellent craftsmanship. I dreamt it and Sam Herkley built it! Hiring him and his team was the best decision we made in the process! We are so thankful for the superior service provided!

Sam Herkley, with Samson Home Maintenance, is very knowledgable about all areas of construction, remodeling, and renovation. He is especially talented in diagnosing a problem and knowing exactly how to remedy the issue. His company has done many projects for me, mold removal is the most recent. All his specialty teams are honest, hard-working, and very responsible. Sam continues to monitor the work until the job is completed to the customers satisfaction.

They did not pull permit and info started work prior and would not show license and insurance please check them out before using. The address listed on this site is the address for a UPS store. Does not show a location for his company. Business card produced shows that the company does roofing along with other services. Very poor work done. I will have to seek a new roofing company to start all over again. Work was not completed. City code office stopped work . No license shown.
