Awesome...these guys were exceptional...I let Gregg know I would like these trees removed before I moved on to the next project...I was totally surprised when his crew called a few days later to say they were on their way. They came went right to work. Each guy knew exactly what his job was. When they left everything was cleaned up as if they hadn’t even been there. I was very pleased with their work..Gregg has experienced, professional guys working for him. VERY IMPRESSED TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!!

They were the most efficient people I have worked with. They were on time and went right to work. The team must have worked together for some time because each person knew exactly what to do. My husband is a former basketball coach- I wish his team had this coordination. Lol. They were not only quick but they cleaned up every leaf and twig. My neighbor asked if they used a Vaccum. I have had trees removed before and seen what other companies do. I will never use anyone but Pro Tree in the future. The difference is like night and day.

Excellent service! Very pleased with Pro Tree! 6 man crew called when on the way, arrived on time, worked very, very efficiently! Was amazing to watch them all work together like a well oiled machine. They put down a track over the lawn to drive their heavy machinery over so they wouldn't damage the lawn and cleaned all the debris up so you'd never even known they'd been there. Highly recommend this company.

They just charged me by the day. The crew worked hard to get the most trees down & cleaned up the area. The owner, Greg, was really easy on scheduling. Other companies wanted lots more for the number of trees. They even brought in a boom truck for some of the trees. Highly recommend this company.

Not only did they cut down a lot of little trees but they also trimmed limbs hanging over the house plus dead limbs that were hanging over grand-kids play ground. They cut all the brush and briars that were in the woods. Anytime I saw something else I wanted them to do, I told Tommy the crew boss and he took care of it. They worked continuously until lunch break and then started right back. At the end of the day my wife and I were very pleased with all they had accomplished. When they were done they cleaned up everything after themselves. I?ll call them from now on. True professionals. The work was done on 3/8/16.

I left Pro Tree Service a message, and their office called me within an hour. Gregg came to my house later that day and we talked in detail about what needed to be done. We agreed on the day and time. A crew of 5 men and a lot of equipment arrived before 8 a.m. They worked close to 7 hours, and did all the work I needed to be done. The foreman Todd was easy to work with. All the guys were very professional and seemed like good guys. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the cleanup of debris.

They arrived at the agreed upon time. They brought an impressive amount of machinery for the job. They brought ample manpower to do the job. Once on site they proceeded to work promptly and efficiently. Safety protocols were obvious and the team work and execution of the task was flawless. They cut down and ground the stump and roots of a dead maple in the front. They trimmed back a huge oak tree that was overhanging the house. They cut down down and ground the stump of another maple that was encroaching on the house around back. They ground down surface roots from two other maples in the back. They communicated with my neighbors to inform them of what they were doing and asked permission if they needed to be on any property other than mine. After they completed the agreed upon work they METICULOUSLY cleaned up ALL of the debris from the work and left nothing anywhere that would have indicated such a huge job had just been performed. My yard and the adjoining yards looked BETTER after they left than when they arrived. Will use them again in a few months when I will have them back out to do more work. HIGHLY pleased with this outfit. For the work they did and how they did it the price was completely justified - I would almost call it a bargain.

I contact Pro-tree about my 5 acre wooded property and quickly had an appointment for Gregg to come out and give me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable about how to maintain the property and explained in as much detail as I needed the recommendations he gave, which were excellent. He advised hiring one of his crews for an 8 hour day rather then paying per tree. I took that option and I can see it turned out MUCH cheaper that way.
A crew of 5 arrived a few days later and within the first 4 hours 4 of the trees in question had already hit the ground while others on the team were busily cleaning up underbrush, fallen branches and trimming low hanging branches to make it easier to walk around on the land. To give some idea of the scope, as they ground up branches etc, they had to empty the dump truck twice, and when they left it was full again.
They hauled away several already fallen trees on the property, in addition to grinding down an unsightly stump visible from the house. Most of the stumps I just had them leave as they were back in the woods. I also received a good education on how to maintain the property once they where done.
Overall the crew did a fantastic job and I expect to call Pro-tree in the future for smaller jobs as trees fall, etc....

Greg from Pro tree came and looked at the trees both in my front and back yard that needed to be removed as some of these were dead trees and others had to be removed as these were blocking the sun light to the yard. The estimate he put together was quite fair. His crew was punctual and very professional. They arrived in time ,cut the trees down and removed all the debris in a very timely fashion. I was impressed by the fact that they really wanted to make sure I was satisfied with their work. They had to do a little extra work as there were more tree limbs that needed to be removed then we initially thought as these were closer to the roof then what they appeared to be prior to the start of the work. The crew did what was necessary without adding extra cost.

About a year ago, we asked Pro Tree to come out and give an estimate to remove some very large trees and some small ones. Todd came out and gave us an estimate that we initially thought was way too much money. We waited and searched for other tree service companies that could perform the work with the same types of equipment that Pro Tree uses. Our search did not turn up any other companies that could do the job using the right equipment for anything close to the bid from Pro Tree. We waited a few more months and saved money to pay for the job. When we called to schedule the job, Pro Tree honored their original bid even though it was almost a year old.
Our yard is incredibly steep and we had some pines that were over 100 feet tall and 5 or 6 feet in diameter at the base. There were also a few very large hardwoods. Some of the trees were within 20 feet of our house. When Todd arrived with his equipment and crew, they hit the ground running and made quick work of the job. They were onsite for two and half days. My wife and I watched as they went about their work. We were both very impressed with their professional work. They must have millions of dollars invested in the equipment they use. Todd's crew functioned like a well oiled machine and two things were obvious to me. They have been doing tree work for a long time and they know what they are doing.
The bottom line is that we are totally pleased with the work Pro Tree did for us. We will definitely recommend Pro Tree to all of our friends and neighbors. At the beginning, I thought we were paying way too much to have our trees removed. In the end, I know for a fact that we hired the right company and we got a lot more for our money.

Pro Tree Service did exactly what they said they were going to do. They brought 4 trucks and 5 men including a crane, wood chipper, and bucket truck. They had to cut down 4 trees, three of which were close to my neighbors house and property. They used a crane to hold the trees while they cut the limbs off and then lay the tree(s) down to cut into 18 inch logs for firewood. They stacked the firewood logs onto a large pile, ground two stumps and removed all limbs and debris. A very professional job that was worth the money and left me little to do except carry the firewood off to a different area for storage. I would definitely call them again. I did not get an estimate from anyone else since I wanted the best for this job and they have and deserve a good reputation.

These guys didn't show up with a pickup and a few chain saws...4 big trucks and other required equipment arrived. They came prepared for the job. They laid down fiberglass mats to protect the drive and yard...no damage. They picked up all rubbish left over from the downed trees.

From the estimate through the clean up, this was a first rate experience. Every person was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and worked for nine hours to remove a huge oak in tight quarters between houses and power lines. They did an exceptional job, and left my yard much better than they found it. I cannot recommend Pro Tree Service highly enough.
