Kevin Sullivan with Paragon Systems came promptly to our house to evaluate our old alarm system. He honestly detailed our options given that the existing equipment had proprietary technology that he was unable to interface with, explaining that he could install new equipment free of charge or we could hire another company repair the equipment. Given the age and condition of the equipment, we opted to have new equipment installed. Over the course of a few hours, he and another technician installed the new equipment, repaired circuits and sensors that had been damaged by animals and weather and tested the new installation. The two were very courtious and professional, quickly made friends with our dog and were very mindful of our two indoor cats, being careful not to let them out or into the basement. They were also very careful not to damage ductwork etc. as they crawled over and under the house doing the work. I was especially pleased with the close coordination they maintained in customizing the system to some of our particular needs.

I have had them for years and there have never been any problems. They are a great and I would recommend them to other people any time. Their prices are reasonable and I am very happy that they are so responsive and hard working. I pay monthly.
