Sarratt was on time, calling ahead of time to let me know when he'd be onsite. Sarratt ran the HVAC throught it's paces, verifying both the gas furnace and heat pump work properly. Cleaned the area by the outdoor unit to ensure proper ventilation. My filter was still clean, so he left a new one in a closed bag right by the furnace for future use. Very professional throughout the visit.

They are always prompt, very professional, and provide great service. If for some reason they can't make it, they will call. They have their license number on their invoice, which is required by Georgia law, but not all companies do that. It can be checked, which is nice. They'll take before and after pictures of what they're doing to show you if you can't get to the area of the work.
