J & J Home Service Repairs LLC

I cannot write this horrible review of Jarrell Bradshaw and J&J Home Services LLC fast enough!! We are already in trying times managing through this pandemic and to be taken advantage of by a dishonest company is adding insult to injury. I have been without a stove for over a week and have spent a significant amount of money purchasing food from restaurants. My warranty company assigned me to J&J Home Services. I first had to wait 3 days for them to come out; when he finally arrived he DID NOT have the part though I sent him specific information on what Atlanta Gas stated and make/model of stove. Once he arrived he supposedly ordered the part, after another 3 days was told "the part supplier sent the wrong part". The correct part was supposedly ordered and when the new appointment time/day arrived 2 days later they are a no-show. I attempted to contact with no success; then was advised by my service warranty company that J&J Home Services has "refused to complete the work". How does a company after having a customer wait over 7 days; "refuse" the work. In addition, the co-owner/technician who came to my home stated for an additional fee he would also repair a toilet when out to complete the stove repair. Now I am left with 2 repairs outstanding. I would highly recommend if you are in need of home repair, STAY AWAY FROM J&J HOME SERVICES LLC.
